Customize Template > Lock & Unlock a SwiftWindow

This feature allows you to lock and unlock SwiftWindows, which comes in handy when sharing templates between departments like sales and marketing. You can lock a window so that it is un-editable either for yourself or someone else.

To lock a SwiftWindow:

  1. Select the SwiftWindow you would like to lock.

  1. Under the Customize Template tab, select the Lock/Unlock Window button.

  2. Click the Lock Window button.

To unlock a SwiftWindow:

  1. Select the SwiftWindow either above or below the locked one.
  2. Under the Customize Template tab, select the Lock/Unlock Window button.
  3. Click either Unlock Window Above or Unlock Window Below button.

To unlock all SwiftWindows:

  1. Select a SwiftWindow either above or below the locked one.
  2. Under the Customize Template tab, select the Unlock All Window button.
