Reports & Surveys > Add Questions to a Survey

There are many different ways you can format your questions and answers. You also have the ability to change the position of questions, make a quesiton required, or even hide a question.

To add questions to your survey:
If you are already in Survey Design, proceed to Step #1. If you are not on the Survey Design screen, go to your Reports & Survey tab and select the Survey Management button. In the box that says "Current Survey", choose the survey you wish to work with from the drop down menu. Click on the survey Design button from the left menu.

  1. In the Reports and Surveys tab click Survey Design.
  2. Click the Add Questions button.

  3. Choose the type of question you would like to add, and enter the question into the box. Depending on the type of question, you may be asked for additional information after clicking Submit.

  4. When you are finished adding questions, you can click Preview to preview your survey.
