You can put any survey you create on your website. Generate feedback, create sign-up forms, grow your email list — all from the traffic that comes to your website! Common Questions

To find out the URL of your survey:

  1. Under the Reports & Surveys tab, click on Survey Management.

  2. Click on Change Current.

  3. Select the survey from the drop down menu and click Submit.
  4. Click on Link to this Survey.

  5. Copy the URL provided and paste into your website.
